It has finally arrived! I'm off to Arizona for Spring Training. I will be spending two weeks with Brian there, then will come back home here, and fly up to Washington to look for a place. It will be a 3 day trip up there, then I will head back home and start getting things together before I drive up to WA at the end of the month. Brian and I are super excited to get back up there!
I had a blast being with the people I love and missed. Thank you for all the great times. And thank you to those that I begin new friendships with over these past few months. Every moment spent with all of you has been memorable!
This isn't goodbye yet. We'll save that blog for a couple of weeks from now...

The New Year Begins...
Hope you all had a happy holiday and were able to spend it with all your loved ones.
Christmas day I went to Urgent Care. Had the stomach flu and was given a shot that knocked me out for 2 days. It continued for the rest of the week, but feeling much better now.
Just recently we lost a loved one in our family. The New Year hasn't been what we wanted or expected. As hard as it is to accept, it makes us stronger and it definitely puts things into perspective. Family is the root of life; they're your support system; the ones that will continue to be there to pick you up when you fall and give you the unconditional love that you need.
With that, Brian and I wish you all a year full of love and happiness!

Happy Holidays
Tis the season....
This month has been crazy for the both of us. Brian just got back last week from Germany. He helped out at a baseball clinic for an old friend. Everything was very successful. As for me, I have been working two a days with water polo. I recently took the CBEST and passed, so in January I will begin substitute teaching. Looking forward to it!
These next couple of weeks we'll be spending a lot of time with family. It'll be nice to finally have a couple of days off to spend time with the ones we love.
We wish all of you and your families and Merry Christmas! Enjoy!

We're Back!!!!!!!!
So as most of you know, Brian and I are living back in So Cal during the off season. But it won't be long before we head back up to beautiful Seattle! As much as we miss it there, we're happy to be home with our family and friends.
During my six months here I'm going to be coaching polo at North and at Cal State. Both of which are my alumni. As for Brian...well he's super lucky this off season! He's been enjoying the time off, but I can tell he's getting bored, good thing he's leaving for Germany in 3 weeks! Lucky guy! He's going to be helping a friend with a baseball clinic. Hopefully he'll be able to do it again next year, that way we can experience our home country together.
As I mentioned before we will be heading back to Seattle in April, that is becasue Brian has been asked to come back to Seattle next year. He did such a fantastic job this past season, he deserves it. I'm excited for him.
I know I haven't updated "The Life of the Schweiger's" website in a long while. I was super busy with editing wedding photographs and packing up our apartment in WA. BUT, I hope to start working on it again pretty soon. Probably once polo gets going and I have a set schedule, which pretty much means....oh next year sometime. haha No... I'll get working on it soon. Until then, I'll keep posting blogs!

We're coming home!
My gosh time flies by! I can't believe it's already been a month since I have last written. Well here's the latest....
Brian finished his first year in the Bigs and survived. :) There were a lot of tests mentally and he passed with flying colors. We just found out this past week that they want him back for next year as well! We're very excited! Being up here this past season was so surreal! We are so grateful to be experiencing all of this and meeting great people.
I finished my last day of work on Saturday. Brian and I have decided to move back home for the off season. We can't wait! We leave Thursday and will be back in Riverside on the 22nd. I'm sure some of you are wondering, what is going to take you guys so long??? Well, we're going to stop off in Portland on Thursday and Friday to visit with Ginger and Jerry. Saturday morning we'll head over to my cousin Shannon's house and visit with her for the night. The following day we'll head over to Brian's Aunt and Uncle's who he hasn't seen in 10 years! We'll stay there for a couple of days and then head out on Friday to Bakersfield to see Brian's sister Jules. We haven't seen her in two to three years. WAY TOO LONG! Then on the 22nd we'll head back home to Riverside! YAY!
Looking forward to being with all of you again!!! We've missed you! See you soon~

Upcoming Events
Let me start off by saying thank you to my mom and her friend Debbie. They surprised me at the airport last Monday when I arrived from Texas. It was awesome! I was in desparate need of seeing family, especially after leaving my bestest back in Texas...
To continue the family ties, my cousin Mandy is coming in tomorrow! YAY! It's her first time flying. I sent her drink coupons, so she'll do just fine ;)
After she leaves I have another week up here and then I come home for a wedding. Yay more family and friends! Can't wait! For those of you that I wont see in a couple of weeks, I will definitely be able to meet up in December when Brian and I come down for Christmas! For those of you that I will see, I'm looking forward to it!
